General Terms and Conditions
- Rates shown are inclusive of GST.
- All Residential customers must be set up on direct debit via credit card or bank account only, with payments deducted 4 days after email bill is issued.
- National Calls and Calls to Mobiles are timed calls are charged per minute and are billed in one second increments.
- International calls are rated per minute and are billed in blocks of 60 seconds full list of rates here
- Rates apply 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- Local data calls are charged at the rate appropriate to the plan you select.
- Local Calls are Untimed.
- Connection fee of $0.20 applies to National calls, Calls to Mobiles and International Calls.
- Electronic bill and direct debit are mandatory.
- Plan may be withdrawn at any time.
- Prices and information are current as of May 1st 2015.

The Minimum about monthly amount payable for Bundled Zone 1 plans are $40 on the 50Gb plan, $50 on the 100Gb plan, $60on the 250Gb plan, $70 on the 500Gb plan. The service utilises part of Telstra’s 4G, 3G and 2G networks (4G=1800MHZ/700MHZ plus 260MHz in selected areas, 3G= 850MHz plus 2100MHz in selected areas, 2G=900MHz until Telstra closes this network on Dec. 1st 2016). The coverage may be di fferent than a service connected directly
to the carrier. Vonex Telecom offers customers one month to check that coverage is adequate and may cancel their contract without penalty
during that time.
